Live photo will be taken during form filling using Aadhaar verification. No need to upload a separate image.

- First-time users must complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process with Aadhaar-based live photo capture.
- Applications with blurry photos or incorrect signatures will be rejected, except for those using Aadhaar live capture.
- Last date to apply online: 24-07-2025 (11:00 PM)
- Live photograph will be taken during form filling. Do not upload old photos or scanned images.
- Signature must be scanned (JPEG/JPG, 10–20 KB, 6.0cm × 2.0cm). Signatures outside these dimensions will be rejected.
- Before submission, preview the form and confirm that all details, photo, and signature are correct.
- Keep a printed or saved copy of the final submitted application for reference.
